All orders are shipped by registered post via spanish Correos. This means you will have to sign to get your packaged. If yor package get lost I would refund your order in its totality. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I can not be held responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns

 It is very important to me that the purchase is as pleasant as possible for you. If for some reason you are not happy with the transaction, contact me as soon as possible (whithin 14 days after receiving the package).

 Damages: You have 14 days after the arrival of the order to send me a photo of the package unopened (preferably), one of the package opened and another of the article. I will refund the full amount of the item plus the I will send you a new one without any charge for you.

 Changes and refunds: If you are not content with your article, you have 14 days after receiving it, to change it. In this case, I will reimburse the full cost of the order, but you will pay the shipping costs back to me. In this case, I will refund you after receiving the return package in the same conditions as when shipped.

  Lost packages: If the package is lost by the postal services, I will send you without charge a product of your choice of the same price and features, or if you prefer a full refund of the order and the shipping cost.
